Those clowns have not won another game since. We will probably go down as their only win. Mark Bolton ran Goodes a merry dance that night and set up numerous attacks into Lloyd. Everyone blamed Leo Barry, but the amount of easy run throught the midfield Essendon had was ridiculous.

Against St.Kilda, the same thing happened. It's all well and good to be praiseworthy of mazza type play, but we need to be mindfull of set plays and rebounds. It's all too easy to be complacent, and say "she'll be right". But what happens when things turn around and take another shape?
I am impressed by the forcefulness of your argument but remain unconvinced.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Hmm, let's see the stats for Mark Bolton that night. 0 kicks 0 handballs 0 marks 0 tackles 0 goals 0 behinds. Oh that's right he didn't play. Sure taught Goodesy a good lesson that night. The phantom Essendon midfield certainly destroyed us. Mercuri ran off Kirk the whole night, Misiti showed Jude how to kick the footy and Tim Watson really made Williams look his age.

This thread just gets more and more bizarre...

Goodes has never been accountable, but he is usually much more damaging offensively, than anything his opponent can dig up.

Having said that, his defensve work in a number of games this year has been outstanding.

Goodes is amongst the best attacking footballers I have ever seen..he is NOT a tagger and is the hardest man to cover for opposition coaxches! The problem is theirs not ours..he makes the plays, and most times will beat his man one out..where is ypur problem chow chicker (apart from a tiny inattention to detail)?
