My guess is LRT at the centre bounces and Goodes around the ground. With Sandilands out as well, they'll have Polak as their second ruckman so we won't be disadvantaged in this area.

      Jeeez...........

I didn`t know Chambers and Richards were so disliked on this forum. Come to think of it. They haven`t done a great deal the last month or so.

Maybe they were planted here as a spoil.........

finally matthews and chambers are dropped!! Richards had it coming as well. thankyou (finally) to mr roos!
glad to see dempster and vogels finally get a go, but i wouldve rather had seen schmidt instead of bevan but i think schmidt has an ankle injury, or thats what i heard anyway...
with the rucking i think jolly will be doing most if not all the centre bounces and when he gets tired goodesy will ruck around the ground.
                vogels to kick 6 goals!

oh Amen. & Hallelujah. & another Amen.

Question: was it just me seeing things or did a couple (ok more than a couple) of weeks ago, Baz did a bit of ruck? (I thnk it was a Melb game)

I bet Matthews was dropped becuase of injury and not form

I wonder if Barry Hall will play this week - interesting that Grundy is an emergency when his bags of 6 goals before have never done him any good.

Then again maybe the match committee are tyring to give him some encouragement - same with Shaw.

Schmidt did either a hammy or ankle so thats why he is not even an emergency.

Not sure if Chambers was dropped due to matchup issues or if he's run his last race in the seniors. Shaw as an emergency and Doyle going ok in the 2nds sounds like the end of Torture.

The reason why Shaw and Grundy were named as emergencies is because the 3 players that were dropped couldn't be named there as Roosy would want to definitely get them to play in the reserves.

He usually does most of the ruck work in the F50.

He is very, very, very good at it too.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
