I can't believe no one has suggested Mathews! Surely he is of a similar size and pace to Buckley.
Who does everyone else have Benny playing on this week?

He should be playing Left Back....in the dressing room.

Our workhorse hasn't been doing too bad a job lately.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Like we've got anyone else to do that role??
Whether we do or not doesn't make him a gun.

            Buckley wont kill anyone.
We'll see. Did reasonably well against us last time.

Did OK on Lockyer last time round - or as good as any of our midfielders, Goodes aside, did. Probably make sense to keep that match-up.

We will actually have to record five consecutive wins because we won last weekend. Stupid winning.

Stupid journalism - they meant 'finals wins' but forgot to specify that!

Sorry but you're wrong. Adelaide lost its first final in 97, then won the remaining three, thanks to the finals system used then (same as the NRL now).

                        That was '98.

In '97 they beat WC, Geel, WB and StK.

The Swans had it too easy last year in the finals and lost.

I don't think that they can win the GF fron 7th position but they need a underdog challenge and they have got it this year.

Let's see if they repreat their two past pathetic performances against the knuckle draggers or the real Bloods shine thru.

We need a Mel Gibson Braveheart rev up. Let's see what the Bloods are really made off. Saturday night will show.

How about he tags the bench ?
To suggest either Mathews or...god forbid...McVeigh, to play on Buckley,
would give us another taste of the Cousins comeback game...PLEASE NO.
Dempster seems well suited size wise, and can definetly out run him and he has the skills and kicking to hurt the other way.

Not sure that a first up QF against the Eagles at Subi counts as having it easy.
