We're not going to get Judd, but we might be able to get involved in what will be a complex deal for Judd.

We have plenty of spare forwards. WC need forwards. The club Judd goes to may end up with an excess of midfielders. We could be the link-trade.

Since the team that Judd goes to will be desperate to get the deal over the line, and WC will be desperate to secure something decent for an out-of-contract player, we should be in a very good bargaining position.

I think that's the key task for Sydney in the Judd deal. As much as I would love to see him in red and white, it aint gonna happen.

He doesn't want to be in Perth, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane. What would be the point of leaving Perth to go to Sydney if you want to be in Melbourne? This thread should go to the Fantasyland forum.

I can't see him going anywhere else but Carlton, I think they hold all the cards. They have the cap space and the financial backing, whilst they might not be a flag contender in the next year or two, by the start of next season they will have the last three seasons number one draft picks, so their not that far away either. At the age of 24, Judd has achieved everything in footy, I think he would love the challenge of helping to mould a young team into a premiership chance.

I think it will be a straight swap. Fev for Judd. Maybe a 3rd rounder or two for sweatners. Win/Win IMO.

According to today's West Australian, Judd's preferred option is Collingwood. Then Carlton, Essendon and Melbourne. How they know this is probably one of life's great mysteries???

Thats on top of Judd saying yesterday was it that he has no preference and will sit down with everyone interested. The last place i want to see him go is the Pies. I think to be honest itll be Carlton but maybe the Roo boys might tempt him or Essendon. But please not the Pies!

                      They have pick #9.

I heard Roos say today that the Swans are relocating to Melbourne just to get Judd.

?Then we?ll be a Melbourne based club too. That?s how good a player he is.?
