I think the parents of both players need to settle this in an intelligent adult fashion....... Jerry Springer.

I think it's fair to say the whole family would like to see Barry burnt at the Staker.

The Eagles are loving how this media trial has been able to mask their terrible on-field performance.

All credit to Woosher though, he doesn't seem to be biting because inflicting physical pain to opponents was what he did best, it doesn't bother him at all.

And one last rant in Barry Hall's defence. I reckon this wasn't a single brain snap. I reckon this had been brewing for 3 years. The holding, the high tackles (see Brisbane game for one), the touchy frees against and a whole bag full of umps turning a blind eye because "Barry's mean enough to look after himself".

Finally Barry does go and look after himself and thanks to all of that fine umpiring, he's snapped and now best case is 4 weeks and worst is 8.

Welcome back Big Bad Bustling Barry.

Pull ya head in Mrs Staker.
Go and put a load of washing on or something and leave your son to worry about himself.

                Mummy's boy.

                Indeed.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Isn't ironic that Barry Hall is a Victorian, and the Stakers are actually from New South Wales

No, that would mean having to listen to 2UE.

Hall is a dunce and deserves 6 weeks.

i have had to turn off radio a couple of times today due to the hysteria in the media..

I thought the AFL withdrew the one-punch rule a couple of years ago...

Pure idiocy from typical Eagles supporters in WA.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

I assume they are talking about common assault? I don't know that that law would carry over onto the sporting field. Using prohibited drugs doesn't appear to in WA.
