I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his timeComment

I think I've just figured out who connolly is....
Loves Paul Bevan for no real justifiable reason.
Hates Nick Davis for no real justifiable reason.
It's gotta be Paul Roos! The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.Comment

Davis - NOT heading to the tip.
IMHO should be in the centre for every centre bounce and then drift forward. The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.Comment

A comment by Roos in the SMH today...not good new for Nick Davis.
One possible change could be Nick Davis, with Roos hinting he is not convinced Davis is ready to play in the seniors again despite his return after Barry Hall was suspended last week.
"[Davis returned] probably when he didn't really deserve a game, to be honest, and probably with Nick we've got to make sure that he is capable of filling those requirements that we want him to do [pressure skills and tackling] and there's probably still a bit of a question mark over him as to whether he is able to do that."Swannies for life!Comment

"Probably when he didn't really deserve a game" - 13 goals in the reserves doesn't deserve a game, but constantly butchering the ball in the firsts for over a season is a guaranteed position!
Roos constantly makes excuses for othe players underperforming and allows them continued chances over and over again, but Davis is jumped on straight away. It's quite simply a personality issue - any other explanation is ludicrous.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.
"[T]here are things that matter more and he's reading and thinking about them: heaven, reincarnation. Life and death are the only things that are truly a matter of life and death. Not football."Comment
