The way people talk about Davis it's as if he's done nothing.

Thats to counter some of the rubbish people have been saying about his talent. He usually gets his tyres pumped up by a few on here and therefore people respond accordingly. The general consensus on Sunday around me was that Nick Davis is just usless and has failed to live up to his hype. Even the roos fans i was with were asking me about Davis and why he is just ordinary.

Jeez Reg you'll totally destroy the little champs confidence with that comparison which is hardly fair. Bevo is an established senior player whilst Davo is an established reserve grader. Davo is a hit and miss kicker whilst Bevo is unerringly accurate in front of goal. Really high bar there.

now granted I was only watching on the idiot box, but this is what I was thinking too, up until I would see him pull up to avoid a shepherd, just visible at the edge of the screen.
I was only really paying attention because of the incredible battle going on on RWO. I think he was really trying but just didn't have the ability, be it foot speed or tackling skills, to grab someone in the F50.
