I think the frustration of Davis, is that Swans supporters watch and hope for him to replicate what we know he is capable of.

Unfortunately, Davis only shows it every now and again.
Some supporters are happy to wait for that moment, because it can win us a game. Other supporters are happy to see him moved on for a more consistant player.

ALL supporters however, know what he is capable of. And we've all hoped since he joined the Swans, that he would knuckle down, realise his potential and show the talent we know he has.

From a personal point of view, I don't think this will ever happen. I don't think he has the drive and endeavor to become the player he can be.

I feel that the Swans coaching staff know he is capable of so much more, but just is not giving it.

Roos bases his ideals on everyone giving 100%. I agree with Roos that Davis does not give 100% for all of game-time.

I am not sure whether we should drop him, or leave him in the team. If it is confidence he needs, give him an important role to play.

      On a lighter note...
I don't think he has been as good since they took his KFC away. Give it back

Like samson without his hair! :P

I think a banner needs to be made:

"Roosy give Nicky his KFC back!"

I'm sure Diego has been around longer than that?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I wouldn't drop him this round the doggies aren't renown for their great defensive work maybe Davis will get some extra space to work in.
He does need to get a pumped up though.
While Bazza is off this is a good opportunity for him to have a real impact.
If he doesn't well he might ask to be traded at the end of the season anyway......... to a more free running team.

Yep. If people don't want him in the side, then that's their opinion - but that is just flat out false.

All evidence of course to the contrary
You don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby Ziegler

It really depends on why you think his use of the footy is crap Reggi- why are you saying that it is? I must admit I've seen him accused of most everything else by folks on here, but the suggestion he doesn't use the ball well when he gets it is a relatively new one (as far as I am aware at least).

He rarely creates a stoppage. Why hit a leading player on the chest when you can run out of bounds or shovel it back into a pack? Better yet, handpass to a stationary man!

Missed two the other day, but you couldn't accuse him of turning it over on a regular basis.
