Good point, just think of the disposal efficiency you can maintain if you only ever handball to the guy next to you... or chip the ball around to uncontested marks in the backline! THAT'S GOOD USE OF THE FOOTY!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Thats because he shirks contests and is a wimp. He is scared to create a stoppage..wimps out.

Maybe just stand there and let an 11 gamer run away from you..or don't even bother going for a contest..i mean thats the type of player that sydney and roos wants.

I find it pretty amusing that the stat to highlight he sucks this week is disposal efficiency %, last week it was the ratio of contested to uncontested possessions... of course last week his disposal efficiency % was perfectly fine and this week his ratio of contested to uncontested possessions is perfectly fine.

Does that impact on his use of the footy?

Just face it - apart from your constant subjective views on your hero no one cares no more about Nick Davis and basically the majority are sick of waiting.

Give it up Stell and please for a second be a little bit more objective towards Nick Davis.

              Sheesh talk about obsession!

Not sure about last week, as I was not at the game, but this week, I thought he just plain sucked.
Is it just me or does he seem a bit on the podgy side?
Also, I pretty sure he started the game without any bandages on his knee, but sometime during the 2nd qtr he came on the ground, and that's when I noticed the strapping on his knee. Can anyone confirm this?
Maybe he has a niggle in the knee.

There are a few on here with obsessions, and not all of them are about players.

Absolutely guarantee, the only change will be....White out, Everitt in.
I am a little bit dissapointed that young Jesse will be omitted, but I am pretty sure that is what is going to happen. Also, although Jolly is doing a great job in the ruck(virtuouly on his own), and I do think up until now, he is the All Australian ruckman, we do need a second ruckman in there and thats why Everitt will come in.

He definitely had it either strapped or re-strapped in the 2nd qtr. No idea on any issue with it though.

To be honest I am fairly objective when watching Nick, I just honestly don't see some of the overt flaws that others do and so am happy to debate about them... I also don't like Paul Roos so showing support for Nick Davis obviously is one of the non-agressive protest options

But I did mean what I posted, I honestly do find it amusing that last week people pulled out the ratio of contested to uncontested possessions he had in the game and said that was the reason he was crap and now people are using the disposal efficiency from this game to say that is why he was crap.

So you admit that you just don't like Paul Roos and will use the Nick Davis saga in a way to push your immense dislike? Fine i now understand where you are coming from..wish your buddies ROK and Bloods could say the same.

Meh still on your own - well with the company of about 3.

I'll admit I'm not a Roos fan, but I'm only joking in saying that I like Nick Davis just because of it. I doubt Paul Roos really cares what I think enough for me to act like a child just to get back at him.

I like Nick mainly because my son likes him, and he has been very nice to my son a number of times... aside from that I do actually think he is a good footballer and I find him entertaining. I've also been following Davis' career since before my son came along, because he was a NSW/ACT Rams player that made the big time.
