Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

only two players didnt get double figures in disposals and both had injury worries (kennelly and lrt) a real team effort, wasnt a great performance can play better than that which is good.
Biggest concern obviously kennellys fitness.
Biggest positive for me was the forward line performance, playfair was a lot better today and i think the forward line functioned well most of the game. We prolly played a lot closer to some decent free flowing football for once after half time.
Main thing was we had to win and we achieved that and need to maintain this form for next week as the top 4 have a handy buffer at the momentTheres not much left to sayComment

Swannies win by 91 points. The team encircles Malceski following the siren.
Great second half performance. We seemed to wait until the Bombers wilted under the pressure, and then took advantage of their lack of stamina after half-time.
As the commentators said, it was a risky way to play, but the Swannies had done their research.
Kirk and Micky O were brilliant. Everitt, Goodes, Leo, Moore and Playfair were excellent. Both Bolton's were very quiet, and Bucky didn't come into it until the second half. Bevan was outstanding in contests, but he had little attacking play. Not really a worry today, and he did his job.
In the end, a great win by the Swans, especially considering that we were treading water for 2 quarters of footy. Only downside is that Kennelly looks set for a long spell on the sidelines.
Honestly, when WAS the last time we had Kennelly and Malceski fit in the same game? Very frustrating.
Overall, great win, and let's hope that conversion in the second half can be maintained against Port next week.
I hope my updating wasn't too annoying. :PComment

Havent had time to read all posts but thought Playfair was good today and also thought that Bird showed that he def deserves to stay esp in the second half was very goodThe edge is not the limit, It's just the starting point...Comment

Ring Channel 7 and tell them:
"I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore."
Tell them that you'll be taking note of the advertisers and making appropriate decisions when you're up at the shops. Tell them that you'll be doing everything possible to demonstrate how dissatisfied you are with 7's LATE and COMMERCIAL-RIDDEN footy broadcasts.
"I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore."I was wrong about Gerard and his hair.
