Well, we have had a lot of practice

Reminded me a bit of the Gabba in 2005 actually. Free kick to win the game again!!

Two thumbs up for Bevo. He's proving everyone (except for connolly) wrong.

The way he bobbed up for those two goals was fantastic.

The stats say he had effective disposal % of 75% and only two clangers but I remember him distinctly butchering it every time.
You know something is extremely ****ed up when it has Leo with an effective disposal % of 85.71% and no clangers. Something there seems a tad wrong.

Doged a bullet big time tonight.

Good job my kids were in bed given the amount of swearing I was doing in the first half.

Very pleased that Jude proves me wrong on the odd occasion.

Opposition teams must consider themselves a big chance of gaining possession or at least forcing a stoppage every time Roberts-Thompson is used as the link man out of defence - he was terrible.

While Richards does a lot of good things during a match he is prone to commit very dumb mistakes, such as the attempted rushed behind out of Craig Boltons hands, and the almost disasterous kick 50 metres backwards to Mattner in the last minute.

            Bring on the Saints.

            Cheers

Yeah...he was pretty ordinary. When I saw he was in for Bird I thought "Hmm..." as by all reports he hadn't been setting the world on fire in the reserves recently, and I don't think he deserved his spot. He does have the skills, but I think it'll be back to the ACT for the Cheese until he improves his hardness.

Also, how good was McVeigh tonight??? That goal from the boundary line was a beauty...was also impressed by his ability to keep his feet and maintain a cool head under pressure, one of the few that could hold his head up high for his performance over the whole game.

Imagine how cocky the Eagles fans would have been when they were 37 points up early in the 3rd! Bet they thought they were getting sweet revenge for the big loss and drama involved in the game earlier in the season. But the Swannies are all GUTS and HEART!!!! Absolutely magnificent to send the Weagles home with their tails between their legs. Again. GO BLOODS!

Just got back form the game, you bloody beauty..
                      Get that up ya weagles.

                      A couple of points
-Karma we won of a free kick considering the umpiring was a joke tonight.
                      - goal umpire should be dropped for that pathetic call from stakers goal in the last quarter.
-LRT worst game this year. out of position. everyones entitled to a bad one.
-1st was as bad as the 2nd against the bulldogs and we seemed to lack confidence in a our forward line.
-we seemed to pannick in the 1st qtr, 2nd started to get a bit of a run but couldn't convert, 3rd we started to play our footy & fourth we converted our play
-was awesome to hear the moan of weagles supporters when Jude kicked that goal.
-Even though the toasters are down the bottom they are still hard to beat and had alot of premiership players in the team tonight, so to do what the Crows couldn't do i think it shows we deserve to be where we are on the ladder and definitely top 4 material. That was a game we need to have to show we can win the close ones and come back from a big deficeit.

We done boys, my wife said if she was any further along in her pregnancy she may have given birth.
Also good to see them come down to the supporters at the city end.

My fave thing about Triple M08 is his tackling. Last year he was the Revolving Door.
I was wrong about Gerard and his hair.

Gee poor old LRT has got a pasting. I thought his last Quarter was OK. He broke to both wings to space and his pass to Mcveigh for a goal wasn't real shabby.

Buchanan played 99.9% of the time he was on the ground like an absolute camel and genuinely deserves to be dropped, except that 0.1% where the ball fell into his hands and he scrambled a snag at a vital time, might have saved him.

I thought Kennelly found some form in the 2nd half.

Everitt's second half was very good and his experience to get back across half back a couple of times in the heat of the moment was vital. The cool head prevailed.

Ed Barlow forgot in the last Q that there was a game to be won when he stood like a stunned mullet when he should have moved it on quick. Thought he was genuinely soft tonight. Needs to have a few sessions with Bazza's Psychologist because he played the opposite of the mould of a Swans player.

Clearly Jarred Moore is getting a lot closer attention.

Malceski is a star. Wait till his kicking improves. He ran the length of the ground to kick that goal.

Bevo don't you dare cross that centre line again, stay where you are. You have redeemed yourself up forward.

Jarred Moore became about the 3rd bloke in history to break a Daniel Kerr tackle. That was awesome.
