well i flew to sydney for the weekend for my first trip there ever, with my wife who is a mad crows fan, what a great waste of a weekend.

heres my rant ignore away if you want. Firstly i get to the scg and make my way through the sexpo crowd, what a thrill that was. Get into the ground pretty interested to see what its like, find a swans shop wanted to get a few badges, she didnt know who kennelly or jolly were for a start, how about you look at the sign love.

Had to bend down so i didnt hit my head on the walk way and took my seat in the stand that is to the right of the tv screen round from the goals, pretty pumped to be at my first home game ever, and i have never seen the swans lose when ive been there.

But then i am forced to sit through 2 hours of pathetic football. I parked my car and watch reserves ntfa division 2 in a pathetic park in launceston the other day where the players put in a better effort than the swans.

Have concepts such as leading so the player who has the ball can pass to someone, or going through the corrider, going long or heaven forbid kicking in a forward direction gone out the window???

what the hell was that rubbish. If goodes is injured dont play or at the very least look like you are trying.

the players i would excuse from blame include, Okeefe he must of had a fair bit of the ball, i havent seen any stats, the scg dont seem to believe in showing them during the breaks.

Teddy richards seemed to be busting his guts out there, as was paul bevan. Birdy also played a handy game and seems to have the best footy brain out there.

The rest were a waste of time on the whole, that effort was pathetic.

If the swans come out and play direct footy next week they will win as i doubt any opposition teams expect it.

To add insult to injury i see players walking around laughing and smiling after the game while i wait a decade for a taxi, i guess you gotta move on but geez got over it quickly.

Im not sure why they get such a great cheer from the people near the race after the game, yeh you still love the team, but hardly called for a standing ovation.
Theres not much left to say

I thought Grundy was quite good.

O'Keefe had 35 possessions by the way.
Kirk also had 27, although had 19 at half time.

From all I've read and heard about the game I'm glad I didn't go to the game or watch the tape I recorded.
