All that meams is that there is no emotional pull for him to go to the Scraggers. I think that all this crap has been generated because Pebbles has just acquired an agent who is trying to pull the best deal possible for the last contract that he will sign before he retires.

We may be forgetting one important issue - Pebbles is hitched to a Sydney girl, and she may be putting serious pressure on him to stay. What Sydney girl in her right mind would want to move to Bleak City!!

So at least we wont have to worry about him wanting to play for the club he supported as a kid.

Why on earth choose Melbourne then?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I have emailed the club re Ryan O'Keefe to let them know I wish to see him stay at Sydney Swans.
He is great with marking the ball and appearing out of a pack of players to jump and hold the mark.
Don't want Kerr - articles around saying about his drug use too.

Certainly don't want Ryan to go - he has spent nine years with us.
                      Love those Swans

Hell, I did not mean to restart the old Melbourne v Sidney thing. I just wanted to point out something that may effect Pebbles decision. I grew up in Melbourne, but married a Sydney girl and guess what - I live in Sydney.

What I am convinced of is that this rubbish is all about Pebbles agent trying to get the best deal. Whatever the outcome, I just hope the Swans play it smart. At 27, Pebbles is just young enough to to attract an over the top offer from a club (Carlton?) that may see him as the missing link to get a get the flag. If that offer is too good to refuse, take it! Otherwise, make a fiar offer for him to stay.

I'm OK with Pebbles leaving if we get value for the deal. I just do not want our club to be burned..

I'll be a source saying he is keen to go to Brisbane, if we get another few folks to agree we can take it to the papers; "ROK to Lions- multiple sources!".
