    10.8=68?
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

That was because we were playing in the GF a few days later so none of the players would need to travel.

They did the same in 2005. It's become standard practice for non-Vic GF teams.

But if I win a mate and I are taking a golf trip for a week to play Barnbougle in Tassie, so we will drop by and share a sherry or two - my shout!

At those odds, I should think so!!!

Make sure he keeps his promise Satch.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Barnbougle!!!!!is a very hard course...I haven't played it but my St.Mary's golfing friends have as it is a lot closer to them than me. Very tricky..almost Scottish links type difficulty.

                I can caddy.

Cheers from Boonie Island (federal senate reference to us today)

                        Rnd 19 - 20

                        Round 19 v Richmond, MCG.

BEST: Goodes, Kirk, O'Loughlin, Jolly, O'Keefe, Jack, J. Bolton, O'Dwyer

Special? 300 Games Special. Michael O'Loughlin became the first Swans to play 300 games.
Whenever O'Loughlin went near the ball, the crowd howled in anticipation. Unfortunately, luck or nerves were against him and he struggled to get his hands on the ball. It was Cousins in his 250th, who got the scoring going. Goodes managed to do what O'Loughlin couldn't but only managed 1.3. Poor kicking kept the tigers in the game in the first qtr. 10 shots to 6, but only a 9 point lead. Better kicking and the lead increased to 29 by 1/2 time. Shaw was well held by the new serial pest King, but Jolly and Pyke were dominating in the ruck. 7 goals to 2 in the third term put the game beyong doubt and When O'loughlin, finally started to get his hands on the ball the excitable crowd buoyed him on, and he and Goodes got 5 goals between them.
Richmond won the last quarter, but was never going to break the 300 game spirit.

Swans by 55 in an emotional finish.

Goodes finished with 4 goals and White, Jack, O'Loughlin, and Moore had 2.

                        Round 20 v Geelong @ ANZ.

BEST: J Bolton, Shaw, O?Keefe, Mattner, O?Loughlin, Goodes

The cats opened the scoring with the first 2 goals, but O'loughlin and Moore cut the lead to 7 at the first change. The cats again kicked away early but the swans held on and some good work from the confident White, got the Swans back to only a 1 goal deficit. Jack was on Ablett who was supposedly injured, he still had a fantastic game. Mattner got the first of the 2nd half, while the cats struggled to find the big sticks, and when young Hannebery kicked his first AFL goal, the swans hit the front for the first time. As expected the Cats didn't lie down they hot back hard and took a 10 point lead into the final term. Goals to G Ablett, and then Goodes, before the Cats opened up a 22 point break. 2 quick goals saw that lead halved, before an errant kick handed Selwood an easy goal. A goal each to Goodes and O'Keefe got the swans to within a kick, but a 10 minute stalemate saw the Cats run out victors by 5 points.

O?Loughlin with 3 goals, Mattner and Goodes 2
