I do not like these eggs for Dan.
Say! I like our Handy Dan!? I do! I like him, that young man!
And I think he will play his role
And thrill the fans with shots on goal.
So I will watch him on the box
And then I?ll watch again on Fox
And I will cheer him from the stand
To help us to the Final (Grand).
So I will watch him in the rain
      And at the park
      And on replay.
      And at a bar.
      And for a fee.
He is so good, so good, you see!

(OK - so I may have gone a little overboard...)

I shell wait to see if he is as good as good next year. Having cracked it so quickly its hard to tell how he'll go ova a season. Although some people say that he dozen look so quiche after a few games in a row and went off the boil, he was ranked #1 for endurance at draft camp. Even when tired we didn't see him take a beating - he just keeps scrambling for the ball. Not necessarily an all out eggsitement machine, but an eggcellent player with silkie kicking skills.

I'm not sure that his muck-up day behaviour will carry over - can't see him getting in hot water again too soon.

I'm chuffed that we poached him from under the noses of the Melbourne yolkels, another feather in our recruiting cap. I guess that there is the risk that he'll get distracted by chicks in Sin City, but if he is focussed on playing and not on getting laid, it would be good to see him given free range rather than tagging duties.

I did notice that he and Goodesy seemed to have a good connection going, quite often delivering to each other, I'd like to see that continue if Goodes is up forward.

Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.
