We need a test. I hope Brisbane play well (even if we win) as we need to come up against some real contenders. I hope Bolton pulls up alright for next week.

Last year we would have been pleased to take these wins under any conditions...this year is so good

I think the most pleasing thing for me is the way we play, not just that we're winning. My expectations are still realistic as we haven't beaten any great sides yet, making the 8 will do me fine, but we're just cleaner and faster than last year with a better forward line.

How impressive is Jack, though? So tough and so composed!

What about Dwayne pipe on Fox? He kept finding imaginary free kicks for the Eagles. If a Swans player was caught high he would say he ducked. If he got a free he said it was soft. I am sick of him calling our matches!! Glad we put the Weagles away to shut him up.

Nice win swannies. Jack and Moore very good and Reg excellent as was Braddy. Reg would have to be one of the best defenders going around at the moment.

What's happened to Darren Glass? He was barely shadow of a defender today.

Yeah, I have taped the match and am not looking forward to going home and listening to him. I really miss Clinton Grybas from that line-up.

That bump from Jack that led directly to a goal- absolute Class there and then. I've always thought he was a great little player in the making, but I think this year is going to be his real break out year and that he will soon become a very fine player indeed. Hanners was a bit quieter today, but he is coming along nicely- and this is forgetting the cracking player that Bird is going to become when he can get over his current injury woes and get some more game time. The end we know is approaching for our midfield warriors in Kirk and Jude Bolton, but we have plenty of players lining up to replace them!

I like you DA am keeping my expectations low- a top 8 finish would be a good result, but the vast improvement in the team so far also tells me that if we can continue the good run over the next few weeks, and give the quality teams (I.e. Lions/Dogs/Geelong) a real run for their money and hopefully maybe even get a result or two from them, that we can build confidence and have a super season, and well who knows. I certainly believe that whatever happens this year that we can really build towards another crack at a flag in the near future.

Can't wait for next week, what a game that should be!

Quite a few eagles were shadows of their former selves. Cox was awful.

Glass, Cox, Embley etc. Damn they're lucky they got Naitanui, he might be the only reason for them to get excited for the next 4 years.

First full game I have seen this season - we look a lot better without Hall.

Good win. Jack was hot, Bradshaw just gets better and better.

LRT was excellent - he had three or four opponents and I don't recall any of them taking a mark.

Take a bow Shane Mumford - he was our biggest clearance winner today, including a few from his own taps. That was supposed to be Naitanui's party trick.

                          Can't wait for the Lions.

I don't like picking negatives out of a win but Seaby was quite bad today, I really think Mumford will be our #1 most games now.

Nice win and still areas for improvement. I'm mostly happy that we were generally able to play 4 quarters, should have been a 100pt win.

4 wins on the trot, perfect timing to meet the Fev-Brown led Brisbane on a Saturday Night at the SCG. Could be our first sell out for a fair while, will be the easiest game the Swans have marketed since the early days of ANZ I'd say.
