Is there really any point bringing back bevo and white- both are not going to make up the 6 goal difference and both have had plenty of chances. Luke Parker and Lewis Johnson may as well get another game into them and expose them to the best in the business.

Anyone got any virgins? Preferably Collingwood virgins? Wait....that might be hoping for too much.Comment

Actually, there are plenty of Collingwood virgins out there. But they are all males who wear flannelette shirts, have rank BO and lie about in basements smoking bucket bongs. Probably not going to please the gods as a sacrificial offering. But on the premise that a dead Pies support is a good one, let's do it anyway.CIA Agent to Policeman: "Have you ever had anti-terrorist training?"

Can you wear a scarf or cap so I can identify you easily ? I'm sure it wont upset the dress code.Comment

The Positives of losing this game.
1) We can't drop out of 6th. Freo are 6 points behind, and Ess are 8.
2) Ess play Hawks, and Should lose.
3) WC are 2 above us, and play Carlton, and Should lose. So they won't increase their lead over us.
Heads up people, it's not all doom and gloom.Comment

In: White, TDL/Bevan. Out: Richards (injured), Jetta.
LRT to play on Dawes - too big for Ted even if Ted was fit.
White is the best full foward on our list and should be given the rest of the season to prove himself there (unless it's wet).
Goodes & Jack back to the midfield. McVeigh to forward line.
Stick with Mumford & Seaby - let LRT and White play as straight KPs.
TDL/Bevan to come in as sub; Jetta to have full game in the reserves.Comment

For starters, Mumford is out...

Irrespective of how White has gone in the past and how he is travelling at present, he needs to be sent to full forward and told that he will be given the rest of the year to prove he can be the answer.
I believe he has the talent to do it and no is the time to settle him at FF, as he is our only natural option.
The other glaring structural issue up front is getting both TDL and Moore back into the forward kine. TDL is a natural space finder, can take an overhead mark and kicks well which is what we lack at present in that mid size forward.
Moore is a natural crumber, clever in the use of the footy and above all seems to be able to organise those around him.
Outside of that if Ted is out, LRT goes back and possibly Pyke for Mummy.

I'm not sure whether it's good or bad news for Jesse and his fans that Mumford is out. He'll probably get a recall but may be as the 2nd ruckman relieving Seaby.Comment

Yep, I think with Mummy out and Richards injured, selection is relatively easy this week:
Outs
Mummy, Richards
Ins
White, TDL
And long last we should have Reid, White and TDL in the same team and a semblance of a forward line.Sanford Wheeler 4 President!Comment
