Well if we are putting new coaches names forward I've heard that Norma Plummer is retiring from coaching the Australian netball side - she's had great success with her teams - why not get Norma in and another ex Diamonds coach, Joycy Brown (who is also ex Carltons players Fraziers mum) as assistant???
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Having a netball coach on board may give us an insight as to how Razor umpires......

Mummy could do with a volleyball coach so he can teach him how to get his timing right in spiking a ball.

Mummy is sadly a kilometre behind Nic Nat in ruck work timing.

How long are we going to have to put up with him? Given that he was handed the job on a platter, I'm assuming he got a 3 year contract.

My guess is end of 2012, going to be a long 15 months
Staring down the barrell of an insipid loss against Richmond today, looks unlikely that we'll be making the finals this year.

Would love to hear from the Big Cat and the other Longmire apologists about the great job he's doing

Horse and his team of coaches are an embarrassment. Still coaching like it is 2005. One dimensional. Sad to say we need some new players and a new playing style.

I'm not blaming Horse for today. He could be the worst coach in the world, but our players failed a major test today and they should hang their heads in shame.

Total cop out on behalf of the players disgraceful effort today to blame horse.

Let's face it, coaching staff will be given at least another year to prove themselves since it's only our first "post Roos" year. If we're still serving up this rubbish this time next year, then questions will be asked. So 2012 will be either more of the same disappointment, or (hopefully) the year that the youngsters start to shine.

Im not getting a membership and watching that crap next year, if horse is coach. Bring back Eade

Exactly. The idea that we sack a first year coach is insane.

I'd look at his support staff, similiar to what Carlton did this year, basically brought in a new team of Assistants. You don't sack a first year coach.

There's not much Longmire can do when players put in an effort like that ... It's a cop out to blame it all on the coach, there were maybe 3 or 4 players that played anywhere near decent football today ... Not much a coach can do to fix that

Yep, blaming it all on horse it excusing a shameful performance today. Agree 100% on that.

Agree 100%. Dont care what structure or instructions are in place, 21 against 21, we watched the ball on the ground when the tigers went in and got it, every second handball landed at our players feet or over their heads, our mids are way too slow, we hit a target once in a blue moon by foot and most importantly, when under pressure our playes make woefull decisions and turn the ball over. Players looked like rabbits caught in the spotlight! Lack of ability......
