I don't need to watch the replay to know Wolftone that your constant bagging of Longmire has become boring and tedious and the fact you have Jewels (one of the nicest people on RWO) shouting at you is evidence that your opinions are getting on the nerves of people. I have no drama in anyone giving an opinion, it's what this site was designed to do, but when it becomes an unbalanced barrage it becomes a joke.

On the flip side at least you admit to your bias against Longmire Is based on your opinion that he shouldn't have got the job.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

Why because I don't like Longmire as coach. So be it! Let's clear the stocks of overrated old players & move on to the young brigade til the end of the year. I get very emotional when we lose & I hate losing!!! Don't know about the rest of you but I really hate losing!!!!! The idea of AFL is to win premierships, which hopefully we do within 3 years or we may as well pack it in as GWS & the SUNS take the prize again & again.

We'll lose a lot of games that way. Are you cool with that? I'd rather give it a fair dikim, red hot, aussie battler, no carbon tax, not happy jan, go.

Bias isn't good for a balanced discussion... That's what's irking people mate.

You said to me earlier that you can't see anything positive which should suggest to you your set against Horse is clouding your thinking.

Ironically some of your criticisms of Horse are probably correct but they are being lost among the constant barrage.

Anyway lecture over... As long as you don't break the rules you're free to post what you like. Just expect the reactions like Jewels to keep coming your way.

All I want is a game plan to suit our new cattle. I want us to win games. I want to see some of the deadwood cleared out before GWS & Suns get real good.

Hey ,we are all on the same page with those sentiments. When I coached I made some big mistakes and also made some match winning moves. The word "team" sums it all up. Everyone from the Top down to the water boy (Go Adam!) have a part to play and collectively are responsible for our success and Collectively responsible for our failures.

The biggest part is played by coaches! players and administrators . We can only judge by what we see on the field and what from previous experience this tells us. I don't share your opinion100% but I am glad you are expressing it. It needs to be said and I am sure others must be thinking the same but if we knock off Geelong at Slippery Stadium I will maintain Longmire is a genius!

I guess when we have a year we're we have had some really piss weak losses like this year, you have to have a look at the coach. He cant be blamed for this loss, or the Adelaide loss, or the Freo loss, or the manner of the Hawthorn loss, The carlton losses individually. However, when you add them all up, you have to ask why this year we've played terrible football for the most part ( lets not beat around the bush, we've beaten nothing, our good wins were mostly error riddled, and we've been abysmal against any side with an ounce of quality) when realistically i would thought we'd improve this year. Now i dont neccessarily mean we would have finished higher than last year, because there are some very good teams this year, but i would have thought we would improve on the goodd signs from last year, even if that didnt translate into a higher placing. Clearly, we are markedly worse than last year. Who do we blame for that ? ( Bradhsaw and Bolton not valid excuses )

A couple of things to note about last week:

The entire half back line laid exactly zero tackles between them. This includes the most pathetic attempt at a tackle I have ever seen by Grundy on Reiwoldt.
Parker had as many possessions in one quarter as Jetta had for the whole game.
LRT is in the worst form of his career. He either needs to be dropped or sent back to his old role.
                        Johnson did look tired.
It seems that there is also some form in the reserves. Gordon and Rohan could surely make a difference. Maybe Malceski as well and McNeil can't be far away.
Whatever changes are made they should be based on form more than anything else. It seems that there are at least 3 or 4 changes that could be made on this basis.
We have them where we want them, everything is going according to plan!

Agreed! Lets bring some form players in for some out of form ones.

Wolfy, I'm sorry if you took my text in capital letters to mean yelling, it was not intended that way, more to emphasise my point, so for that I apologize.
I did say in my post that Longmire and co could very well take the blame for the lack of interest shown by the team on Sunday as I do think motivation is part of their responsibilities (I damn well wish they'd called me into the rooms at half time, I'd have motivated them).
I started the season pro Longmire, I trusted Roos and the board to know what the best thing for Sydney was, I actually still believe it, it just doesn't seem to have progressed as smoothly as I had hoped and has resulted in a very dis-jointed season that has gone steadily downhill since about round 6, resulting in the humiliation on Sunday.
So Wolfy, I'm sorry to have caused offence, you are of course entitled to your opinion as I am mine and I will try to play the ball a bit more in future and not so much of the man.

Time for constructive ideas rather than indiscriminate bagging.

"Let's clear the stocks of overrated old players & move on to the young brigade til the end of the year."
Who goes out? Thoughts re Kennelly are clear but who else qualifies as an over-rated old player that you would legitimately drop this week?

Who's in this week? Even better who would have been in last week with Rohan and Pyke not ready and without the 20/20 hindsight of Gordon having a great game?

"All I want is a game plan to suit our new cattle." What are the characteristics of our new cattle and what's the game plan that suits them? I obviously haven't seen your selections from above but I still see an absence of quality tall forward timber, a lack of outside midfield run and, whichever way you cut it 4 tall defenders that should easily make our best 22.

I'll pay good honest answers but I suspect that real changes will be hard to find than the pot shots..... particularly given you "really hate losing" and therefore presumably want to win games now.
