This has been Sydney the last 4 years, we make poor teams look good with our terrible skills. Why hasn't our skills improved? what do players do at training? run 1000s of kilometers. Why can't players kick simple passes, take easy marks and make good decisions.

Spot On. We should have cut this team (with 17 FIRST gamers) to ribbons.

Problems:

No forward structure
Poor delivery into the forward line
Poor skills in general play
No forward to support Reid
Laziness

It's round one, and no serious injuries

Bloody disgraceful. Havent improved one iota. Disposal skills deplorable, surely the coaching staff can see that. Put the cue in the rack just before three qrt time and were only going on rat power for the last qrt. Everitt should be banned never to play again, he should have been replaced during the 2nd qrt. I dont know why LP was subbed . Coming out of the backline it looked like they thopught orange was red and white. On that performance will struggle to make the 8. Very disheartening.

I can see by the attitude of many on here that I won't be posting a lot this year.

It's the first game of the year.......over the last 40+ years that I have been watching footy the first couple of rounds have always been scrappy. We will improve, as will they.

But I hold no hope that the commentary will improve.
