I would have thought Seaby/White. Everitt can't ruck in the sub's vest

Seaby needs to give us something this week, or we'll get belted.

Bloody hell... I might have to change my tip now.

Ahhhh , well, we got belted in the ruck by FReo and won the game, Seaby is a pretty fair ruckman, it is a loss but you put 22 out there and do yr best. Everitt or Armstrong the sub?

I'd rate Sandi and Clarke ahead of Goldy and Mac as a ruck duo. ( Clarke was very good around the ground against us the other week too f I remember correctly). Seaby will battle manfully, it's up to our mids to do their work in the middle, and our talls like Reid , White, Teddy and Grundy to make their presence felt in the air. It's a massive loss, but it will make the win all the more sweeter if we get up, and I'm reasonably confident we will.

What's with all these back injuries to sportmen lately. Maybe a decent chiropractor would help.

The advantage in getting smashed against Sandi is you know where the ball is going. So we won the clearances.

Scott was openly pleased about Goode's absence; he'll be dancing a jig at Mumford's omission. I look forward to seeing our stronger bodies grind the Roos into the SCG turf.

If the Kangaroos can't beat us this week, they won't beat us for the foreseeable future.

Goodes, Smith and Mumford are HUGE outs.

Couldn't have had a worse week. Big game, big ramifications for both sides.

We'll be right - we ain't gonna drop our first game of the year to these pretenders....

I predict a big game from Seaby and the rest of the boys will lift because of Goodsey's suspension anyway. Our midfield will grind them into the dirt and we'll get over them in what may not be a particularly high scoring affair...

Bugger- surely this will be seen as a sign that Mummy shouldn't ruck 80% of games.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
