We are very definitely worse than Richmond. They can win hard ball and then spread into space. We can't do either. We win scrappy, @@@@ty ball and then can barely ever find a free man. End of story. Same as last week. Same as first half v Hawks.

At least we know ear;y this season that we are gone....false hope only lasted 5 rounds.

We'll still get to the finals, I think were still back to the old problem of leg speed which we thought Rohan and Jetta would help. Jetts is playing well, but can't carry that load alone. Blood Harry now, especially over the next few weeks which we have relatively easy games.

Reid White and Everett continue to contribute nothing in the forward line. It's disheartening to keep seeing this and having nothing change. We cannot win without Goodes in a dysfunctional forward line. It will be interesting to see if anything changes for next week, though I'm not going to be holding my breath.
If we don't win every game from now to before the break, then sadly I don't think we'll make finals.
And before anyone says 'we've only lost two, no need to worry just yet', it's not so much the fact that we have lost these last two weeks, it's how and why we've lost which gives cause for concern.

                We lost by 29 points...

Geelong, collingwood, carlton, hawthorn and adelaide have all lost by more than that.

This time tomorrow one of wc and essendon will lose.

                You cant win every game.

Were 5-2 and weve had quite a few injuries.

Get our best team on the park at the business end and we can beat anyone

Sides that get beat by Richmond are not contenders !!!

We lost to richmond in 05... And they were worse then than they are now.

West coast and hawthorn were very lucky to get over the line

i think richmond are a ver good chance to finish this season very high - they remind me of the swans in 1995 and 2003 - more than capable of beating anyone with a fraction of luck and some good umpiring.

Pffft richmond were not that good tonight, we were just terrible! We made them look good. They will not make the 8 IMO. Geez I walked outta there mighty disappointed! Please, please horse get rid of everitt and put pyke in for seaby!! I am really worried about our forward line, I mean grundy was in it in the 2nd half?? WTF? Why was TDL the sub?? After this game I dont think we are contenders, we cannot use injuries as an excuse for that performance.

The concern with our forward line is that we need a 'Grundy' or a 'LRT' to be there.

We need someone who will contest and drop the ball, or take a mark. We miss spangler or white playing well.

                                It's a worry
