No doubt that umpires do get intimidated by the crowd

Shaw very dangerous kick into a one on four situation. Defence held up well.

AJ cops elbow to face in that tackle and never let go and still doesn't get the free.

Probably need the next one because they have got on top - just keep missing. That won't keep happening

Really fantastic first half. Tremendous effort. Good coaching, good structures. Really so proud of them at this stage. The game is still in the balance, because the the scoring shots are the same, and they do look capable of scoring, and we just have to keep it up in the midfield.

Interesting game of footy indeed! We haven't had nearly enough inside 50's or clear ball going forward, and are conceding far too many inside 50's the other way, but as is always the case, if you kick well you find yourself looking good on the scoreboard. Massive kick from Goodesy just before the hooter there - that goal is just what we needed.

Need to tighten up in midfield and stop them getting it forward, as they won't waste so many chances in the 2nd half you'd expect. But we are doing a lot right. Defensively we have been excellent, and our forward line, on the meagre scraps its had is doing well.

Massive 2nd half coming up - come on you BLOODS!!!!

How good is LRT going in defense, marshalling the troops and dropping off at the right time to the square. Goodes playing his best game since injury, Kennedy going well with ROK and Hanners (minus the turnovers) Jetta's doal was sensational and mM gets one, how good is that

Everyone expected our defence would be beaten well, they have stood up really well. If we dont start bombing the ball long and receiving it back with interest and get some run from our half back line we will get over the line, with some nail chewing,

I'd love to see a forward really stand up in the second half for us, and I'd love us to be able to bring the ball out of the backline more easily. Apart from that I really can't fault things, they've been excellent.
