So great to have a thread on our wonderful best 22 who won the Premiership. So tired of threads on an over rated, over paid,over pandered to Crow who so many seem to think can win us back to back. The best FF in the AFL was playing in the GF and could not win it for Hawthorn.I would back our best 22 in 2013 without any changes except for those who injury leads to omission.Then we have Rohan,McGlynne and Armstrong to replace these.
My memories of the GF in no particular order are
1.The Captains both leading from the front and McVeigh kicking that set shot goal from a 50 metre penalty to stop
Hawthorn's momentum and Goodes's snap on one leg
2.Smith totally negating Rioli
3. AJ the Norm Smith candidate till half time.
4.Pyke field marking so nocholantly
5.Jetta' composure
6.LRT second and third efforts and crushing tackles.
7.Malceski's 2 goals including the sealer
8.Hanneberry BOG IMO
9.ROK tackles
10.The hardness of the entire team and the never give up attitude when things looked grimComment

The guy that does those videos is amazing - he must be a real footy nut. There is a brilliant one floating around he did for when Manchester City won the Premier League earlier in the year that is every bit as good as the Swans one!!

Gotta love those fan perspective type of videos. Despite this guy being far back he managed to record what looks like a hell of a lot of the game from his seat. Gotta love the pure raw emotion you hear when Malceski gets the winner.
