Nothing in it for mine, but hey, this is the MRP chook-lotto where they'll find a way to suspend Kizza and let that grubbiest of grubs Thomas off for his beadbutt.
Your old mate Thomas has finally gone.

Jack and McGlynn let off. The justification is curious in that they deemed it was insufficient force. I commented at the game had the Mummy administered Mcglynns tackle he'd be gone for 3-4 weeks. For Jacks bump I would have thought contact was below the shoulder, etc but how can they say insufficient?

Still bewildered that Hodge got off his second bump against Carlton.

          No Jetta again either.
Reid and Mummy considered a strong chance.

So with Mumford and Reid back the most likely outs....

            X Richards

White - Super unlucky because he's been playing well, but with 2 talls coming back in, team balance says a tall goes out.

B Jack to be the sub.

            Lamb another full game.

Morton will come back as well.

              Out - X Richards, White & B Jack
In - Mumford, Reid & Morton.

Sort of had the suspicion Goodesy's knee wasn't right after the Adelaide game. Went off in the last quarter but not many noticed as we were pumping them! After the game, Goodesy was hobbling around with his knee iced up. That rarely happens with the great man!

On the positive side, Goodes recovers well from knee injuries. I suspect he could be back in 4-5 weeks, as opposed with the conservative approach and/or slow recuperative powers of other players. Case in point, LRT.

Looking forward to getting Reid back in to see how he works with Tippett. I would like to leave Mummy out another week so we can give Jesse another go, hopefully in dryer conditions. It's not a danger game and he's played well enough to have another shot. It could be important since securing Mummy for next year is far from certain.

I would also like to see both Lamb and BJ getting another full game and maybe give the green vest of Jude; give Jude a bit of a rest and would also like to see what kind of impact he could have when coming on late in the game, although a game against the Dees it's not a great measurement.

That has a sound of "career ending" to me. Lets hope not.

I'm salivating at the thought of Reid and Tippet in the same forward line.... on a dry day..... against crap opposition.

9 games left plus finals, goodesey will do everything to get back if remotely possibly but his match fitness would be a worry.

No Jetta again. When will the club tell us what is really wrong with our players?

I tape all Swans games and I particularly freeze frame at half-time and full-time in the rooms. I like to see who is getting treatment, ice-packs etc. Jetta's last game at half-time had the doctor looking at his right foot, not shin. I thought at the time..please not a stress fracture but he went back on after half-time . I hope I'm wrong but if it is ...its anything from 6 to 12 weeks with total rest on the foot. I'm interested if anyone has seen Jets train or run whilst he's been out. If he has, then it should discount a stress fracture and possibly just be bruising.Fingers crossed.

I'm curious about Rampe too, was shaking hands with his left at the end of game and holding his right hand to his chest.

Watching it on TV I thought the guy slipped and went under the hit with very minimal contact with Jack. The daze came as his head hit the ground pretty hard (as happens when your legs come out from under.)

Shins are notoriously difficult to predict. In all likelihood, the club have told us about as much as they know, and it's just a week-by-week proposition as to when he comes back.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

The club underselling injuries publicly is becoming a pretty regular thing.
