Yes, I'm on the plane now. McGlynn is down in economy but we can still hear him. Little man, big voice. LRT is also here, signing autographs! Smooch is counter offering with autographed copies of his Cleo BOTY nomination issue but people keep asking Nick who? SuperTed is playing Dungeons & Dragons on his iPad (geek), Pebbles is in the galley trying to rustle up some decent food while Hanners is running up and down the isle with his arms out pretending to be an aeroplane.
Joey is in the loo - again. His girlfriend also made the flight, must be in his contract or something. Don't know where she is at the minute...
Mummy has finished his in-flight meal and started on ROK's tray. Crampe is just looking out the window, correction - he's fluffing his hair in the reflection. So Vain. Jesse is on the phone talking to his aunty who lives in Fremantle. Ross is a funny name for an aunt, I think. The All Canadian Ruckman is correcting the steward's safety instructions and Birdy is heckling the in-flight movie: Meet the Dockers! Parks is scrawling down phone numbers from the stewardesses while Shiggsy and Cunners are playing Pokemon or whatever the kids are into these days.
Biggest news of all is Goodesy is on board! He & Bolts are playing bridge against Horse and Dew. Jude has his warface on, they are losing. Down back, Captain 'Shouty' McVeigh is taking everyone else to the cleaners in a serious poker match save for Kizza & Brandy. Grundy, Everitt and Armstrong have already folded but can he beat a pair of Jacks?
Actually, I may have made all that up. Selection this week is driving me a litlle crazy... Okay, a lot crazy.
Love it.

Anything to relieve the stress! If you're wondering where Jetta is, he's running across the Nullabor and said he'll wait for us at the airport. Should be plenty match fit after that!
Love it again!
Both brought a huge grin to my face - much needed as the stress of a PF week, albeit one where expectations are more moderate than in previous years, is starting to kick in.
Armstrong instagrammed (the correct verb?) a photo of him and Tommy Walsh tucking into ribs about the same time the swans were at the airport so we can safely say he's not going to Perth

Or on a diet.
Too much information from Tony but I'll be on the lookout for the sock drawer arrangement photo's.
Did you spot a tall shaggy haired blond? Possibly sitting at the back. Or the front.
Yes, Right In Front Of Me! He's explaining to his worshippers that he isn't really a swingman, he just likes to conserve his energy by not changing ends each quarter! Smart man is LRT.

with your permission Swanwolf, I'd like to copy this onto a piece of paper and pin it up on my wall at work. Whenever I need a good laugh, I'm going to read it again.

.... are we there yet?
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun. Blessedare the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
?Pretty much all the players get an exit row seat except for blokes like Benny McGlynn and Kieren Jack,? Mumford said.
?You can put blokes like that anywhere.
?They are tiny and they can?t reach the floor when they?re sitting on the seat.?
Funny guy. Hope we keep him.
Mummily enough, when reading that article and getting to that I also smiled and thought I'd definitely miss his sense of humour of he goes.

Can you imagine the horror of a private school boy from the Lower North Shore having to sit in a Kingswood?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
