I understand what you are saying, but illegal downloading of movies doesn't destroy lives and families. I know we are splitting hairs and this is a debate for another occasion, but whether or not a law is minor or major, we can't view them existentially or we may as well not have any.
Anyway, I think the Swans will just wait for it all to settle down before reintroducing him. All will be forgotten as it has been dealt with in the courts.

Anyway, things are looking up. Tom Harley has contacted me to say that Michael Talia will be attending post season the Chez Ludwig Drug Counselling and Education Program. We can all rest assured that Michael will become familiar with every substance he should stay clear of if he wants to remain a Sydney Swan. Tom was impressed with my submission to do the job required and the testimonials from recent graduates of the Chez Ludwig program.

I would like to change the subject title to just Michael Talia, however for those who live in Sydney, is he on the track in some way. It still has him on the long-term injury list and I was just wondering if he is still involved at the club currently or is he perhaps been asked to spend more time away and re-think his future?

They did mention that he still had to work hard to earn the trust of the playing group again.
NEAFL is over for the year; and I can't see him getting a spot in our 22 over the next month.
We'll see him back next year... bigger, brighter and playing like he has learnt a Sydney Swans lesson.

The week after he was allowed back he was placed on the LTI list, so possibly had a relapse of his foot problem??
