I presume they are both fit to play or they would not have been picked.

And I'm glad Jones etc remain in. I bet the Dogs have studied the two teams that have beaten us in finals recently - and seen that they did it by going the biff.

I expect the Dogs will niggle/punch too and this time the Swans can't ignore it as they did against the Hawks in 2014 and GWS. We need to play tough enough footy that they don't have time for dirty footy.

      Go Swannies!

I guess they know what they're doing, but that seems a really quick turnaround from a calf for an older guy (younger than me!) like Jarrad.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

                  Umm. 1954 won, 1961 lost.
It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.

If you mean the Bulldogs (as in Footscray) they won it in 1954

And lost 1961. Both as VFL Footscray of course, not AFL Doggies.

                        Fair enough.

My view is given his history of calves is McVeigh is the bigger risk but they must be sure.

I know the Bulldogs aren't a tall side but Laidler over Marsh has logic (as much as I dig Harry) as he can play a bigger body if needed with Aliir out.

I reckon Aliir's absence was the issue in settling Laidler v Marsh.
