I agree re Tippett. Unless he's unfit, he should have played tonight. Tippett offers much more around the ground and has a better footy brain than Sinclair. However, I'd rather lose now than in another disappointing GF. The score differential is embarrassing.I know this won't be well received & likely shouted down, but I actually think we miss Tippett. Naismith not dominating ruck or around ground. Sinclair not either. I personally think Tipp would have taken some of the pressure off Buddy with his physical presence, preventing the double team. Would not have been the difference (from what I've seen thus far) but I just think Buddy is often better when Tippett is there. Don't think Melican would nullify Danger, but he would give more versatility.
And goal kicking like the ressies last week ATMComment

This has been the main problem from the first bounce. Add to that shocking kicking for goal, missed handballs, missed tackles. It's been a shocking night all round.
I know people on RWO love bashing Longmire but no coach can overcome the skill errors we have made tonight.Comment

Liability? Who else would you have played? I suspect he's injured. He's definitely double teamed much of the night. His confidence is down (reflected by his accuracy). And I don't think he's our worst tonightComment

Considering the expectations pre game, this has been one of the most disappointing Swans finals performances ever. I can't believe I am saying for the second season in a row.....roll on Big Bash, just two weeks earlier this year. Extremely disappointing but in a way not surprising....they've been mentally tested and 'on the edge' for about 18-19 weeks now and they're shot.

Why was buddy allowed to play? He is no where near right? They really have no pride, look disinterested, don't want to be out there. Still no contested mark and when they push us, we don't push back?

Said it all year that Sinclair will never be a premiership ruckman.Comment
