Agreed. He tried hard but probably lacked the class to be an AFL player. I hope he gets another crack to prove me wrong.

Don't want to give his identity away, but my daughter spotted an very flamboyant ex-Sydney Swans full forward at Crown Casino last night. Any guesses? No, it wasn't Jim West or John Roberts!

One key thing I took away from this- I'd feel fine with Teddy giving me a lift, he seems a very alert and cautious driver.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Possibly another indication, that there's not much difference in standard, between the SANFL and the NEAFL. Another indication would be Michael Knoll. He came to us a star of the SANFL, but in his first few games, he hardly looked to be up to NEAFL standard.

One past player is generating a stream of father-son options, apparently. Congratulations to them.

Go Reg! I hope for his wife's sake, if they indeed decide to have another child, that it is a girl. A little Regina for our womens side!

A former rugby league player to be exact......

Cronk joins GWS: Can Cooper's amazing NRL record take Giants to next level? - AFL.com.au

What is it with former league players joining AFL coaching panels.....tackling lessons? Slater is with the Saints and now Cronk joins the Giants as a 'leadership consultant'....they 'hope his professionalism rubs off on them'. Not knocking Cooper but good luck with that.....

A nominee for the Swans board who I think we could all get behind:

Premiership hero 'Leaping' Leo Barry running for Swans board

Seems Hanners will be starting the season late. Had an accident at his sisters place in Perth and broke his foot.

First Rampe, then Mills and now Hanners.

Poor Hanners hasn't had much luck lately.
