But it’s moot. I think this story is already dead and buried.
I agree Sinclair playing as a forward/second ruck is incomparable to Daniher leading the line. Do we want to be 6th-10th or 1st-4th?

Close to signing a two year contract with Norf

So only Ellem and Parks got enough nominations to earn a State Combine invitation? Those RWO'ers who've seen a bit of the Academy boys, are these the two most likely for us to pick up or is there a sleeper?

I would certainly give Ellem a Cat B rookie spot. I like the look of Kyle McKellar a mature no nonsense defender but not sure how highly KB rates him.

Thorne is a chance with the swans , has been getting good numbers in NEAFL and Allies.

Ellem a good forward but not particularly reliable in front of goal for a key forward. Albeit that doesnt appear overly important to recruiters in AFL these days based on some of the terrible kicking you see from some of the big guys though.

Chronic problem that is partly caused by sports scientists limiting the number of practice shots. One area of the game that's gone backwards

He's not....he and Harley have a 'mentor/pupil' relationship that goes back to his junior days. They catch up often apparently.....and this time it was just for a coffee and a chat.

He might be potentially great but is a massive risk given his injury history. I'd be steering well clear of Joe.....and the Swans will.

So according to BF, Papley's grandfather (that would be Jeff Bray?) told his barber that Paps has been offered a 5 x $500k+ by Carlton but he's going to Norf. This is of course the type of thing that Pop Jeff would tell his barber you'd reckon, just so the barber knows 3 months in advance of it happening.

There we have it folks, looking to me like Paps and pick 23 to Norf for pick 6 which we then trade to Essendon for Daniher. All too simple win/win/win

Yep, in keeping with the rest of the story that it was Jeff Bray - who died in 2006 [emoji3]

Was the barber in the small Victorian town of Glitch?

Couldn’t see Papley leaving Will Hayward behind, so unless he’s leaving too I think Paps is safe.

He may told his barber in 2006. Would have known the 7 year old Tom had potential!

Danniher worth a Top 5 pock coming off 2x 50+ goal seasons
He not worth anything coming off 2 yrs if not playing at 900k
600k max, 2nd round pick for a salary dump
