Nice finish to that quarter by the team, lets hope we can kick on and get the win in the last quarter.

Based on pressure and work rate the boys deserve it.

Amartey is an interesting prospect. Seems to have all the physical attributes but lacks the mental application. Silly errors and cheap free kicks are a blight on his game. Can see why he's not getting a game at present but if he can clean up his game, could be a real asset at AFL level.

          What's the score?

Fox has been great. Malachy handy. Can anyone confirm my impression that Gray seems better when we're in possession?

          And is our 56 Cordell?

They eventually said they thought it looked like a hand injury, but I don't think they've asked anyone about it.

Great work from Fox in the lead up to that goal - he has been great in his first game back for the season.

Blakey is a bloody frustrating footballer to watch.....an electrifying run down the wing then a crap look away handball to put his team mate under pressure and.....turnover.

That's where he is at at the moment. Good stuff mixed in with shocking decision making.

That was awful. The sort of thing the coaches will hate. He needs to focus on doing the basics right. He's bad at the basics.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Almost best piece of play for the day for that Taylor goal - good decision making, excellent disposals and good team work.

Its only been some sloppy disposals at points that have stopped us doing that a few times today - I think overall even if we got rolled there has been some good signs today.

Glad to see the holding the ball rule as poorly officiated at VFL level

So frustrating there at the end - we had our chances, and McDonald almost pulled down that mark late. But it was an enjoyable contest I thought, two evenly matched teams and it showed.

Campbell down clutching hammy or knee at the end there.....and the Swans lose a close one.
