I think the Swans would be very interested in Brander if he can come at a reasonable price. He is probably worth a second rounder. His money requirements should be fair too. Talia is a proven player but near to the end of his career. Brander is also a much better age for our list profile.

Interesting that Eagles haven't re-signed Brander. They have an old list and he is young and talented yet they are willing to trade him. I get the impression from an article I read about him in May that there might be a query over his desire and dedication.

If the Eagles have not signed Brander yet have had seven delistings /retirements already, and he has been seeking a contract since August, we should stay away.

Looks like Helen Housby star of the NSW Swifts netball team that won the 2021 Netball GF is staying with the Swifts and not returning to the UK.

Helen also happens to be Barry Occonors partner.

If only because it will drive BT to distraction between identifying Heeney from Sheather.

My partner just confirmed that the signing was made official 8am to the media this morning re Housby staying with the Swifts till end of 2023
