Yes, the Giants have come in a bit, but are still too long. I can't see how we're favourites with Mills and Kennedy out. It'll take a monumental effort.

After the Swans have won possession they must attack the corridor and switch the ball. We are not big enough with Kennedy and Mills out to win a boundary line contested battle game.

Keep attacking the corridor come what may.
Those guys will need a rest at some point though

Surprised with Bells selection , but on reflection with Kennedy and Mills out we need a hardened body , Bell gives that .
I’m going to the game Saturday and I’m going to watch his game closely

He even brought his own uniform. Stylish too: I'd call it Bohemian Grunge.

Why wouldn't they have played Robbie Fox as a defensive forward. He certainly knows how to find the footy, is hard at it, has a big tank, is versatile and he can kick goals. What about his great last quarter against Geelong a couple of years back. And one more, can take a decent mark. Would be a genuine wild card.

He is one player . Him and Parker need help , Hewitts not bad but not a matchwinner

I don't wanna be harsh on Bell but I'm pretty disappointed he's playing. Hes had so many games to prove himself and hasn't and now comes in for the finals? Bit perplexing. You'd think a few fringe players might be a bit frustrated by his call up.

But God, hope he proves me wrong.

Fox over melican and COR not what I would of picked but not as bad as Bell coming in.

Also just me, but is this the weakest side we've put on the park all year? I admit I'm in a negative mindset, but hard to see us winning with this team.

If we win this, any word on if Kennedy will be likely to play next week?

Agreed. Hopefully everyone is up for the contest and we get a strong team effort.

Nope its not the weakest side imho, but close to it.

Melican makes sense for mine, but I'm suprised they didn't find a spot for Fox in the team.

And lets hope Bell can have a big game on the weekend, but I do fear him having little to zero influence. But as Barry said earlier, they've picked the fake Sam Reid too, so sort of evens it up a bit

One thing is for sure - we need a huge game from Hickey. Not just his ruckwork but his clearance ability too around the ground.

I'm very close to Tasmania, almost Tasmanian you might say, having lived in Cygnet for 10 years. I've contacted some friends way down under and told them to build a corridor under the corridor, only large enough for Tom Papley and Errol Gulden to fit through.

Keep the ball close, very close, to ground level, then pop up when least expected. Can't miss.

So disappointing to see Bell named over Campbell.

If he was in finals plans then why didn’t they play him against the Suns to see how he went?

                            Good to see Warner back!

I have to say I'd prefer Fox in this role than Bell. I admit he is not as quick but he is a way better mark and he has a good defensive game too.

A bit sneaky given the way ins and outs are named (or rather not named) with the medi-sub, but Coniglio is an in for the starting side for them after being the medi-sub last week
