Gould is turning into a pretty good forward. I like him in the mids too

Quite a decent first quarter, let down a bit by missing targets going forward. Rankin looked classy in defence. Gould continuing his quite good form as a forward. The academy contingent all seem as though they can handle VFL level.

Our small backs are very good. They have saved us quite a few times. Edwards improved as the quarter progressed. No sure about Owen as a back. Probably delisted at the end of the year.

Must be pretty wet there. I know how that feels I need a boat to get out of my house.

Gould doing really well. I think Buller will be more relevant as the game progresses. Lachie is a pretty good ruck. He guides the ball to his smalls so damned well.

Morrison needs to learn how to kick. His disposal has been dreadful. No wonder he was dropped.

Getting a little heated! Buller taking advantage of the distraction.

First time I've had a good look at Arnold, seems to be having a very good game. I like his follow-up tackling.

Great quarter! 10 goals I think.

Buller, Rankin both playing very well. Warner best I've seen him play.

Definitely happy we got Buller another big forward option.

Excellent ten goal to one quarter. Warner was very dynamic. Buller has added a lot to the side, by providing a genuine forward target. Hall-Kahan had some classy touches. Roberts, Bartholomaeus, Cleary and Shipley doing some good work around the contests. Arnold pretty dominant in defence, while Rankin and Magor have rebounded effectively.

10 Goals in front at half time. This cannot be the same side that I watched lose to Brisbane by over 100 points. Though they drafted Corey Warner because he was Chad's Brother. I was wrong, he has been brilliant in this first half. Buller 4 goals and Konstanty showing his class has also been good to watch.

Certainly best I have seen the Reserves play all year ! I think Gould has some real value as a medium forward, Buller could have something, enjoying Warner, Konstanty and Arnold - funny how having 14 afl listed players avalbke makes a difference.

Final Comment Cleary and Kirk have showed enough to be drafted or rookied IMO

Shout out to HHK. He is a ripper. I'd like to see him get the nod if Heaney or Wilbur get injured.
