No Roaming Brian tonight. I wonder if our management said no? Or has it just been canned through popular demand?

12 tackles to Paddlebum is a nice stat. 10 to Heeney also

        Blakey huge
Nice to have good Wicks back
        Francis is showing a bit
        Fox is our new Dane
Lloyd quietly having an excellent season

        On the negative front

        Buddy can’t get a kick
Clarke has great endeavour but has the worst disposal I’ve seen since Jayson Daniels
Longmire not giving Corey more minutes was timid coaching and disappointing
        Timid coaching? Sorry don't understand.

          Chad a line breaker
          Blakey a superstar
          Fox is solid
          JMAc best in a while
          Heaps others were very good
Agree with all of this, except Fox. He is a seriously good player and was excellent tonight. "Solid" really underrates what he does. He is one of the most versatile players in the entire comp. Shame he isn't 10cm taller - he'd be unstoppable then.
As for the "heaps others", easy to overlook Wicks but he really added a lot. Also Francis was surprisingly good. Has very nice hands (despite dropping one he should have swallowed).
My opinion is objective truth in its purest form

I just wish we found Fox 5 years earlier than we did. He is so cool, calm and collected. Can play tall, play small, decision making is terrific and a leader too.

Bloke is epitome of a swans star. Unheralded, probably unknown to many across the league, but on the of first on the team sheet every week and one of our most important players.

I was trying to identify the past indigenous players who were there tonight.
A few obvious ones (Kickett, Mickey O, Jetta), but was trying to work out as many other attendees as possible. Looked like Troy Cook was one of them - always liked him. And did these old eyes deceive me, or was one of them Jamie Lawson, somewhat more nuggety than when in his prime? would welcome any more I.Ds

                A bit to work with
We need to lower the eyes a bit going fwd or at least kick to advantage or at least make sure its a deep entry
Marks inside 40m are shots at goal, end of story.
Thought Hayward's work rate and game were outstanding.

Eight of our players had more marks than Mackay [emoji1]

Fox is like a younger Rampe
Francis will be better with Tom Mc back, will be a good interceptor given the opportunity to be able to run off from a tall fwd

He is easy to kick when we are down but someone said it, his role is one of the hardest to play.

He does seem to always take timely marks in critical stages

Good game to watch live. The speed and work rate of both teams was terrific .

Great win! Was very tight for the first half, then we overran them. I was not confident at all before the match. Bye is going to help with getting players back vs St Kilda then the Lions away.

McKay dropping so many marks when he had first and only hands to the ball and their woeful kicking kept us ahead until we broke them.

Who would leave the team now when Rampe returns as Francis deserves an extended run?

Jamie Lawson was there. Pretty sure I saw Allan Thorpe, Derek Kickett, Micky O, Matty AhMatt, Troy Cook, Lewis Jetta, Kevin Taylor

Not sure about Ruben Copper (saw the back of someone’s head that looked like him height-wise but it’s been a few years since I’ve seen met and I think he wound have been a little more aged by now

Tony Armstrong was overseas so wasn’t. Sadly Elkin Reilly passed a few years ago so he wasn’t either. Did not see Elijah Taylor (probably understandably), and sadly Goodsey.

I’ll have another look at the replay to see if I can spot others.

When AG is ready for these functions , he’ll be hugely welcomed and applauded, would do him the world of goodwill .

Dear me. The usual after game show on Channel 7 is bad enough, but then I left the TV on for the "Armchair Experts". If BT was on this he would improve the show.
