    In the Telegraph today Roos nominates Fosdike as a contender to be the next captain.

    I don't think that will happen but it shows how highly he is thought of at the club.

        my immediate thoughts went to this board and this thread in particular when I read the paper this morning.

        Is there a banner we can hold up saying "Thread Over" Joffa style.

                    If Darren Holmes was still playing with the Swans, or Andrew Bomford, then Fosdike would have taken a beat seat to those two guys !! As it is, Fosdike is the man now.

                    In the Swans worst team ever, the starting 18 from the backline would read -

                    B: D.Holmes M.Werner N.Fosdike
                    H-B: A.Bomford S.Carey D.Windbanks

                    Any ideas on the centre line and forwards guys ?!

                    When Roos suggested Fosdike is in line for the Swans Captaincy in future, I presume he was referring to the Captaincy of the Swans seconds team in the ACTFL !!

                        Haha, you're a comedian. If you're sticking Fosdike in the back pocket (where he plays ALL the time ), then why not pick Pete Filandia as Full Back and Clinton King at CHB. And dont stop there, how about Will Sangster as ruck-rover. Stick Dunkley in at FF and you cant go past sticking Dion Myles absolutely anywhere. Now we've got a great looking team.

                                    If you want to know the rest of my worst team ever, you will understand why Fosdike is in the Back Pocket playing on the resting Rover/Forward Pocket from the opposition.

                                    But if you want to be stupid, we could put Trevor Musty ( 203cm ) in the team as the first Rover !!
