    Post game thread

Might as well start it now because this one is over.

CRAP second half. How many times did arsey little handballs end up in opposition hands? It costs goals at both ends.

No excuses - there's no reason why we should be able to beat Brisbane with one good quarter at the Gabba, and then lose to the Crows at home.

When do we get full voting rights?
I want to vote the club out of existence - too much pain.

2 simple reasons why we lost
        1. too many easy scoring chances missed
        2. too many stupid free kicks given away, and don't blame the umpires, most of them where justified

The Dawks can beat Brisbane at the moment.

We've had one good quarter in the last 12, otherwise we are ordinary.

With Ball and Williams out for a while we might as well look at draft picks, a new coach, and some spine.

Oh My kingdom for a classy midfielder like McLeod! Our forward line should go on strike having to put up with the rubish they get at the moment.

How do you punish such abysmal performance? I hope Roos will drop a few players next week and give a chance to the rookies.

Bevans got to go. As much as I dont like Fosdike, he must be better than Bevan. Kennelly needs to be moved to the wing so at least he wont handball to the opposition within range.

We need to develop some football skills and most importantly a football brain.
Why they constantly move possession on to players under the pump bewilders me

I thought Spriggs was OK - nothing special - I think Ball might miss a few.

Thats a fair call, but the whole team will need to lift.

Dammit, dammit, dammit. A 41 point loss at home! That's why I hate Adelaide so much, they are our number one bogey side.

To make it worse, Ball's out for a few weeks and Willo won't be back until June.

We handball too much and play too indirect. Why not kick it long more often? Other clubs do it when they play against us. One kick to a mark, gives everyone a chance to get into position if needed, otherwise play on quickly if the opportunity presents. Adelaide did it often and that's one reason why they won.

We have to get a win somehow against Melbourne and West Coast to stay in touch. That's not going to be easy. I think 2-4 after six games is likely, although we are a good chance against both sides - we are a bit of a bogey side for both teams, especially Melbourne.

One good thing I saw in the game was Dempster's performance. A reasonable second game. Several times he wins the ball in D50, and does something with it. If he improves from here, he's a chance to be our next Brownlow winner.

williams and ball will be out for some time.
why punish spriggs,at least he tried harder than a lot of others.
waiting to see who performed in the magoos, saddington must be chance and doyle if fit to cover for ball.
other likely recalls for fosdike, mcveigh and possibly moore.

Forgot Ball, was thinking midfield. Where is the Pelican? Might as well slot LRT in the ruck, at least he may lead White away from the ball. Spriggs was OK, but only just. He does not create anything - another 'athlete' with ordinary skills. Get the midfiled of the future in there and 4 or 5 weeks to work together and see how they go.
