    The RWO Factor

I have not bothered to go back and find who said what, but there have been some changes to the Swans team made by Roos that I remember to have appeared on this forum long before Roos made the changes... do you think he reads this forum? Maybe we can coach the team by committee?

Goodes into the centre square: The past two games has seen Goodes moved into a rover position. I will say that it has not been as successful straight away as I would of thought but surely it is his best position.

McVeigh given more field time and not being dropped for no reason: This seems to have made a big impact on his game the past few weeks.

Give some young players some debuts: There has been a ton of debuts this season which can only be a good thing and seems to have coincided with our winning ways. I would still like to see Willoughby get a debut this season.

Buchanan is a natural midfielder: Maybe it took an injury to a key player to get this done, but Buchanan was pretty good filling in somewhat for Jude Bolton this week.

Vogels into the backline: Well by the team lineup on Thursday this nearly happened... it is time to groom a new FB.

We need a crumbing forward: This has not quite happened properly.

Spriggs is crap: I think Roos agrees with that now.

Anyone remember something they or someone else has suggested that has been "implemented" by Roos and made the team better?

EDIT: I forgot to add - Putting Kennelly as a loose man in defence: A nice idea that seemed to happen in the first half and I think Kennelly had a bit influence in the game up to that point. He really is not a great defender.

There are so many "suggestions" put forward in these forums that I suspect that whatever changes Roos decides to make there will be someone here who can say "I told you so!"

Of course that by sheer luck something suggested by the 975 members would work... but thats no fun is it?

And Roos has made some pretty drastic changes in the past month or so to the team.

None of those suggestions you have highlighted were particularly "out there" - all pretty obvious things to happen at some point in the season.

My memory has been jogged by the MOL thread...

Not so long ago, some RWO'ers were demanding that Magic be dropped to the twos because he wasn't fit enough to play senior football.

I guess we're all relieved that Roosey didn't take up on that suggestion!

Nick Davis seems to have silenced those who insisted he was weak and soft.

                    Class always wins.

Can you just refresh my memory to exactly what Nick Davis has done this year?

Why? Do you think he should be dropped too?

People who go after the likes of MOL & Davis don't understand that class can't be replicated.

Other superb RWO suggestions unfortunately not taken up by the coaching team:

                          Delist J Ball

Trade ROK & Schneider for an un-named fullback/CHB

Give Scooter Mcglone a go in 1st grade (despite him being delisted !)

                          and my all time favourite........

Trade A Goodes (because he is crap, but worth something at the trade table)

                          All Pure Gold

                            Ahem!!! Excuse me.

I asked someone to refresh my memory to what it is that Nick Davis has actually done for us this year.

MOL is class. As someone else has said on this message board, he alone is reason enough to cough up the money for a membership. That is what class is.

So I ask the question again, perhaps you might be able to answer it without resorting to just a wild statement.

                              how right you are.
two very talented natural footballers that will do the exceptional, certainly Goodes is the same and maybe Williams.
                              Then comes the rest.....
