Does anyone have a link to the tables for the new system? I would like to grade the incident to see how many points Bazza might get.

There's no footage of actual contact so how can he be reported on video evidence?

Thanks - takes a while to put all the make-up on, but I will see what I can do...here we go...
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

don't kid yourselves, he's got a case to answer. i "know" it was a light punch to the gut that was milked. i think he's okay as long as no further footage comes up. recent form will serve hall well, but if the contact is shown to be a fist rather than a slap, he's gone gone gone.

          we'll still beat adelaide.
then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know

I'd rather play West Coast, one because I think we matchup better against them, and two it would be sweet to beat them after the events of 2 weeks ago.

Just saw some of Roos' press conference. He's trying to play it down (of course). According to Roos, Baz thinks he'll be reported. Interesting four days coming up.

Angle they showed on Sports Tonight unable to tell if it was closed or open hand, but looked very soft in contact so I am leaning towards open handed

I'd rather play West Coast because I think they're more smackable at the MCG than Adelaide will be.

unfortnately for us, west coast are very smackable at subiaco by a team with decent defence and belief.

Maguire is a soft you know what, and there was nothing in it, but his overacting will put Hall out of the GF unless he fesses up that he took a dive.

It's a bit like a Monty Python movie - we get in sight of the Holy Grail and the police show up.

That was the only angle of the incident they showed, so hopefully that will help!! In that angle you can't actually see the contact. I think Hall's arm doesn't go around enough for a solid hit to the torso, maybe a glancing blow off the arm. But hey, what do I know. It will come down to Maguire, no doubt. Swear that he milked it, and Barry just might get off.

IMO we might be looking at a GF with no Barry Hall!!

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....
