I hope u are wrong.Oh boy do the Swans need Everitt right now
Hopefully he is coming in 2007
They need another decent ruckman
Jolly is just not up to scratch as the number 1 ruckman
Everitt will only provide a band aid solution to your needs. What would you get out of him 2 - 3 seasons at the most.
How old is Jolly? You may find he is worth giving a bit more time to develop. Carlton supporters were calling for French's blood for years (spoilt by Matty Allen when playing well) yet now if he goes down he makes the difference from having a chance to getting smashed.

I think Jolly will get better over time and he's not doign a bad job. Our bigger problem is we don't have an adequate second ruckman. The tandem worked well last year, but this year we are struggling far more when Jolly is off.

IIRC last week we had more tap outs than Essendon, the problem was more with the midfield not getting the ball out of the centre.
Well Ive been "supporting" them and going to games since 86 but I have to admit on Sunday I was more looking forward to the West Coast - Adelaide game.
I will also admit I probably tend to watch more entertaining games even if they are broadcast at the same time as Swans games.
I suppose Im a bigger supporter of football in general, I would rather watch an entertaining game of football than watch a Swans game of "tempo footy". In saying that I do consider myself a true supporter in as much as I enjoy the ride that comes with supporting the Swans.

I hope ive confused everyone as much as myself.
Well, I can empathise with much of that.

Because it is pathetic & soft to abandon a team no matter how badly they are playing.
If you are serious about your allegiance to your club, you stick by the team when they need it most, when they are losing.
Hell, it can be horrible at times. But sticking by your team in the bad times & have the courage to cop @@@@ for doing so tends to make the successes all the sweeter.

Pathetic and soft? I never leave the game before the end, but I never think or say anything bad about people who do. It makes them no less a supporter than anyone else. They just wish to beat the traffic.

Not all fans go to games. That, again doesn't make them any less of a fan, than people who go each week.

You truly are dillusional. People will support a club however they wish. They do not have to follow any guidelines or protocol.
I've left a few minutes early a number of times (never a whole quarter though). Big deal. I think waving flags and banging on drums is pathetic unless you are five.
