    Unpossible math!
Except that the limit is 72,500 for "oval" games (footy, cricket etc).

      I doubt it.

Or is the extra 10k the level above the CS which I think wasn't available in 03?

The reason for the sellout and then spare seats - wasn't that because of all those Telstra Stadium members? They prolly buy tickets for the year not counting the AFL as a drawcard.. Usually that is the emptiest spot on the ground when its a big crowd.
Sadly its also quite visible on telly, which gives *idiots* like Robert Walls the 'proof' that the Sydney crowds are "fickle"...
Mind you.. considering its a final i doubt there will be any need for that.
              So excited....

For the big games the TS members have to book tickets in advance (no charge) - if they then no-show they go to the back of the queue for the next big event. Repeated no-shows can apparently forfeit other privileges and even membership itself.

The PF is classified as a "ticketted event" for them - unlike our normal h&a games

The "black" seats at the back of level 1 west are different - they are actually "owned" - like reserved seats - a different category of membership.

Some of the TS members area has now been allocated to Corporates, so there must have already been some resale element. You may find this area a bit more populated than you think - well, hopefully so

The whited out areas on the TS map are all full now, Level 3 being corporate suites and level 2 (right next to the TS members area) being corporate boxes.

Those areas have to hold a couple of thousand and I doubt they fall within the official 'numbers of tickets sold' count so we'll see.

                    oooh.. I hope so!
And I hope they bring their voices loud and proud too..
I've got the lozengers at the ready so people don't throw them at me like they usually do when we're at Telstra.
(I'm too spoiled by great cheering at the scg so feel its lacking whenever at TS and decide to stand up and try and start something!)

Telstra has better acoustics than the SCG so bring your ear plugs!

Just went on ticketek.com.au and there appears to be only single seats left in premium, and standard and budget categories are only available up high in the eastern and western stands....good chance now we will reach 70 000+ tomorrow night!!!
