I refuse to believe this rumour. Make it go away. The horror! the horror!

Yes I would trade pick 11 for Travis, pick 11 + Jolly for Travis and another player I'm not so sure- it obviously depends on the other player.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I can't wait to see Travis drilling them into Hall, chest height, lace out. Then all we need is a decent crumber...

I don't mind that at trade at all, especially if we can land Daniher as the f/s selection.

Johnston can carry the ball and has fantastic footskills, Pettard looked very likely as young defender/midfielfder.

Did they say Jolly? I would have thought possibly Buchanan?

We are being screwed big time. Johnstone has had it.

The out-of-contract Eagle notified Melbourne Football Club chief executive Steve Harris, expressing the club?s poor training facilities as a reason for his decision.
Mmmm, unfortunately that sounds like he is setting the scene for an announcement that he wants to go to the scum and their state-of-the-art facilities at the Lexus Centre.

I agree. That would just make me sick to the stomach. Come on Pratt, you and your Carlton boys need to get it together and sign Juddy!!

                            [:

The only way a deal involving Jolly, Pettard etc seems to make sense is if Pettard goes to the Lions, not us (he is a Queenslander) and we get Wood in return. But I can't see the Lions agreeing to a straight swap of Wood for Pettard, simply because they ought to be able to get more for Wood.

                            QUOTE]

I seem to remember hearing Pettered is from Northern NSW and lived in a caravan over the border to qualify to play for QLD. I would love him to play for us.

According to another website, SEN spoke to Essendon who also confirmed Judd has told them he will not be going to Windy Hill.

Yep no bummers or Melbourne so now its only a 2 horse race between Carlton and Collingwood.Judd knocked back Melbourne because of their training facilities and the fact that over summer they have to use too many different training venues. So IMHO that throws Carlton out the door which means he is going to the Pies who have perfect training facilities .
