Collingwood coach Mick Malthouse's words were frank. "We are disappointed that Nick Davis is gone," he said. "But as we have said before, we only want good people at this football club."

id still like to see proof of his so called form slump. He was in the best 22 round one this year according to the match committee and i still dont see what he did to get dropped and end up in his current situation.
As for collingwood, they were angry to lose him hence their comments, they just felt betrayed.Theres not much left to sayComment

Re: Flying the flag on the Coast!
Dear Swans Supporter or AFL Follower.
Regional supporter groups
We at the Swans have an ambition to reach out and support those who support us ? wherever you live.
Swans supporter groups already exist in capital cities including Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Tasmania. In addition we?ve established supporter groups in regional centres such as Gold Coast, Albury, Wagga, and the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
We?re looking to develop new supporter groups in new locations and we have identified the Central Coast as a region that is sprinkled with Swans supporters.
If you are interested in a Sydney Swans Central Coast supporter group I invite you (Family & Friends welcomed) to join me, Tony Morwood (General Manager Melbourne, Canberra & Regional Areas) along with Sydney Swans player Jarrad McVeigh at a meeting at the Mingara Recreation Club function centre on Wednesday 23rd July, 2008.
At this gathering Tony and I will outline the choices of models used by our groups around the country as well as recruit a working committee to manage and oversee the establishment of the group as we go forward.
Date: 23rd July, 2008
Time: 7 pm
Venue: Mingara Recreational Club, Mingara Drive Tumbi Umbi.
RSVP: 21st July, 2008 No?s & Names
