    I doubt it, I'm afraid.
Bevo's best footy is in front of him. Davo's best footy is behind him. Let go.

That's a joke right? I prefer Eddie Barlow and Daniel O'Keefe in the team ahead of Paul Bevan any day of the week.

On Saturday night Bevo will be given a tough task, probably picking up Heath Shaw. He will do it with committment and courage. You are entitled to your opinion but i think most Bloods fans would prefer to see Bevo do those kind of jobs than Cheese and DOK. One thing for sure no one is suggesting Davo for the job. The so what is that Bevo can play forward, defensive forward, tagging midfielder, wing (if that exists anymore, some people here think so, so I'll include it), defensive flanker and back pocket. Davo is a one trick pony due to his lamentable lack of aerobic capacity, leg speed and general committment. The post was in response to a comparison between the relative merits of the two players. Keep up - the pace of this thread shows no sign of slackening off.

Not to mention point guard, quarterback, linesman, ball boy, goal defence, wing attack, wide receiver, short stop, half fly, first mate, CEO, yeoman of the guard, empresario, diva, superintendent, detective chief inspector, chief cook and bottlewasher!

end of the day bevan has got about as much to do with nick davis as i do with the writing of home and away.

would be nice if davis was named an emergency or something, an act that would be helping his confidence, may as well try and get some good footy out of him.

that is if he is not due to be stoned in the town centre tomorrow for being a lazy d**k

That role is being occupied by Benny Mathews. Another play to be cut.

Tackling is all in the mind: Swans coach - Real Footy - Breaking News

Significantly the players who performed worst in the club in 2007 in applying defensive pressure, particular in the Collingwood finals defeat - Schnieder, Dempster, Davis (going, going . . . .) have been shown the door. Back it in smart boy Bevo will be used to pressure their rebounding back line.
