If membership packages came out earlier and if the club held a family/members event in the off season to encourage members continued support and encouraged new ones. Member number would rise.
Cheer Squad member missed you on Sunday - hope next Sunday is a definite turn up.
I am very disappointed at no membership packages and money up front for so long. No contact with the club in between only pay for membership see you in six months.
More marketing in the off season is definitely the answer.Love those Swans

Here's the latest on our membership figures:
Struggling Swans an 'AFL problem': Roos - RFNews - realfooty.com.au
According to the AFL, we have 22,658 members, down about 15% from last year. Assuming about 8,500 are from Melbourne, that means there are only about 14,000 in Sydney. That seems a very low number, although it doesn't include the Homebush "Superpass" people.
It will be interesting to see what strategies the club embarks on in the next couple of years to win people back. Maybe some of them will never come back?
I didn't think much of the rather odd campaign in Sydney they ran at the start of this season. The membership department has had a good shake-out, perhaps they should change advertising agencies while they're at it.Comment
