The only players that didn't register a vote are all the players who never played a senior game in 2009.

Yes. You and everyone else that raised the issue, are correct, votes were cast for Hanners. But they are the individual votes(or nominations) for the round. He never featured in the top 5, so therefore never received a TLM top 5 rank, therefore failed to register a TLM Vote.

Does that make sense?
