    SYDNEY Swan Tadhg Kennelly has retired from AFL football with one year left on his contract with the club.

                    In Kennelly's court now, he has a new contract offer on the table for a 1 year deal with an option fie further years which is incentive laden in the first.

                    He just needs to make up his mind and accept the deal on the table.

                                                        I would have thought if he was serious about coming back he would have at least let the Swans know by now.

                                                        Who knows. I hope the Swans instead take a chance on one of the dumped youngsters who have been delisted.

                                                            He has and according to sources in the know, it's now just down to accepting the deal that is on the table from the club.

                                                            No need for this to be played out in the media.

                                                            The next we see or hear anything from Kennelly or the club (other than Roos just throwing out useless quotes to confuse everyone) is him sitting at Driver Avenue in our 2010 media polo signing his new contract.

                                                            But it's up to him now, the clubs given him their best deal.
