This reminds me of something Richo said during the call. He suggested our performance was an aberration, but he said apparition. My wife, son and I were joking about the ghost of Paul Roos looming over the players at 3/4 time saying (in spooky ghost voice) "You're playing like rubbish. I'd rather watch On The Couch." and so so forth.Lets hope that is our 1 a season abhorition (spelt wrong i know)....As the mentioned it has been a decade since we copt a flogging at the SCG..what is it playing at home this year, We cant seem to win one whereas previously it was hard to beat us even if we were a poor ranked team...
OUr midfield got found wanting...Our stoppage play was pathetic, we didn't pick up on the 3rd man up at the ruck contests all day, played behind the man in the stoppages...how often did the hawks just have free men all day....
dissappointing today in the end the performace was that bad, i stopped yelling at the screen midway through the 3rd....next 4 weeks is important we need 3 from 4 to remain in touch with the 4, though i feel we are really 6-8th place team this year as our yngr players haven't improved from last year.....
any word on how Jed lamb has been going in the 2'sToday's a draft of your epitaphComment

He was mentioned on the injury week last week with a 1 week hammy. So hopefully he'll be good to play this week.Comment

..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

At the risk of derailing the 'humour', I asked Jed at the Suns game how it was progressing and he said he was still 2-3 away. That was 2 weeks ago, so he may be good to go, but wouldn't be surprised to see him miss again.
Kane Murphy said he was aiming for the Newcastle game after his hip injury, so he may be back as well. I remember because at the time I thought 'wtf is he talking about, Newcastle game??'Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09Comment
