    That was my thought.

Great win, North were even favourites I think before the game given their form and our outs. I suspected the quality of our pressure would expose them, no chain of 6 handballs for you today North.

Parker, Kennedy, Jack and McVeigh were great in the engine room and Jetta continues to kick 2-3 goals of the year each week, brilliant.

We struggled to take a mark in our forward 50 yet still kicked the highest score of any team all week.
      Go Swans!!

Shaws job on Harvey was sensational. He deserves more credit for the jobs he's done the last few weeks.

If Rohan didn't get injured it'd be the perfect day. It's sad that we still won't see his best for another year or so, thankfully he has plenty of time on his side.

Another good thing: we seem to have figured out wet weather footy.

A great win, but geez, bad luck for Rohan. If he wants inspiration, then he should look to Zeibel. Nasty break, but hopefully clean and can come back to reach his potential.

A really even performance today - everyone contributed at different stages. Great pressure across the ground and our backline was sensational, repelling attack after attack in the last quarter when we were out on our feet.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

What a top effort by the boys - big ups to Jesse and Andrejs and Seaby for all battling manfully and giving plenty of hard contests. The boys were all very fatigued towards the end due to losing Gazza so early - I guess 2013 will just have to be his year - very sad. Otherwise a great effort and next weeks game is now shaping as a beauty - I bet the Hawks ain't so confident now anyway....

Huge, huge win! Was worried when they beat Geelong. Even more worried when Goodesy was suspended. More worried with Mummy and LRT out. Even more worried when Gary went down! But our team is all heart and today we showed we have depth as well. Haven't beaten anyone TRULY significant yet but we're up there and the others have to come after us. Go the mighty Bloods!

This. It was the evenness of the contributions that was most pleasing. Everyone played their role, whether it was a defensive or ball hunting role. Though Teddy's wonderfulness was a stand out in a sea of wonderful performances. Bloody brilliant win in the circumstances.

best win for the season. Obviosuly rohan out was a big blow, but Goodes is a bad player to swap in. Still unsure if Reid is fit but everyone played their role.

White and Everitt were impressive considering what you come to expect from them.

Was it my imagination, or were there far too many occasions when Kangaroos players marked unopposed in their forward 50? It was particularly obvious in the first quarter - when we went in, our players were closely matched, while in their attacks they had players free.

Great to see White finally having a physical presence. He made a few silly mistakes, but they're more than made up for by having someone who can throw some weight around.

Indeed, it was a day for much-maligned players to well and truly outshine those who get all the plaudits, with White and Everitt far outperforming Reid and Hannebery.

Despite the size of his shoulders, I still don't think Reid is ready to carry the forward line yet. That's why White's improvement is so important, it could be great for the future if they can work well together.

I think Reid was closely checked today.. It looked like he was doubled teamed a lot of the time.. This allowed our smalls the chance to score.. If he takes 2 of their best defenders every week it is a big win for us..

I hope rohan has a good recovery and comes back next year bigger and better then ever, Jetta is by far my favourite player the stuff he does is crazy and bruce said he was better then Rioli today. Parker is a joy to watch and so glad sydney picked him up, Ted Richards another solid performance and is AA form. Almost shed a tear when mcveigh kicked the goal and his celebration afterward. One of the best games sydney have played in the last couple of years and i was about as excited from this game as i was about the one vs geelong.

Soo proud of the boy's now bring on Hawthorn.
